my first choice hotel when i plan to travel to kk. staffs very polite, humble and very helpful. i always booked specific rooms to fit my family and yet it always fulfilled by the staff . the room otherwise comfortable and clean. easy to find restaurant and near airport upon my transit stay,

It's very convenient with many restaurants & places o eat around the hotel. These places provide good food. There are convenient stores around too such as 99 Speedmart,& pharmacy.. The meeting rooms that we used are conveniently accessible and up to our expectations 😊

I would have liked coffee and cream to be rovided as well. Also i stayed for 5 nights and would expect my cups to be cleaned or changed to a clean set if not every day every alternate days. Thank you.

Firstly the hotel is value for money (during this period of booking), comfortable and everything is working accordingly. It is surrounded by plenty of food choice and easy to get transport (e-hailing)
